Alicia started Turning Point Senior Relocation Services LLC with a simple goal: to provide the support and service seniors deserve. The ability to understand and recognize how difficult a “turning point” or a transition in a senior’s life can is invaluable. Alicia understands and she’s devoted to supporting and helping families and their loved ones in any way she can.

Alicia is an active and involved member in the Billings community. She has volunteered and is involved in a number of local charities including the Alzheimer’s Association, Family Services, March of Dimes, and Ronald McDonald House. She is a Leadership Billings graduate as well as an active member in the Billings Senior Coalition.

Prior to starting Turning Point Senior Relocation Services, Alicia served as the Community Relations Director for Highgate Senior Living where she assisted over 1,000 families in the Billings community in selecting the best options for their loved ones when being home alone was no longer an option. Her experience and knowledge is second to none when it comes to understanding the senior living industry and population. She has a compelling passion for helping seniors and their families in what is most often, a very difficult and emotional process.
